Why are we writing what we think and not calling someone who could get this poor animal to safety... and why is the owner (?) not being charged with a crime? No animal should be chained and no animal should be deprived of food, water and proper shelter... and it is horrific inhumane treatment for any dog to be chained at any time!....
Wendy Peyton should be relieved from her
job and never have a position which determines the fate of an animal!
Please, someone rescue this dog immediately!
When an animal is used for financial gain, then discarded as an item after it is no longer useful, there surely has been a crime committed.
Many of the discarded dogs are rescued, most are just dumped in a hole and left to die. This inhumane and unethical activity has no place in commercials or anywhere else! Let human racers wear Skecthers; they can fend for themselves!
I am a cross-poster who works with the many Rescue groups across the southern part of the US... With due respect, I would like to have permission to forward you the 10 to 50 emails I receive each day begging people to help rescue/adopt animals who are thrown away by the American public, before they are euthanized by animal shelters. Many are worn and sick rejects from puppy mills after they are no longer useful and must be re-programed to
trust the human race after a lifetime of ill- treatment. Please sell puppy supplies, not puppies. It is the ethical and humane thing to do. There are millions of wonderful dogs in the shelters begging to have a loving forever home. Three to four million animals are euthanized in the United States each year. Puppy mills are unregulated, cruel and unnecessary. I will thank you if you do not sell dogs from the puppy mills, the general public will thank you, God will thank you and you can betcha the dogs looking through the wire cages in the shelters, terrified of that last walk down the hall, and praying for rescue will thank and love you!
