I'm all for animal rights, though I'm no radical. I'm passionate about animals and can't stand the idea of ever hurting one. Many of my animals are/were rescues of some sort.

On another subject, I'm seriously hoping to see some changes for the good for people who have no medical insurance, or can't afford good insurance. Because of the current medicaid rules requiring a spend-down eligibility or none at all, my kidneys are failing, and I'm slowly going blind, due to the five or so years I had no prescription coverage because my SSD was too high for medicaid, and medicare didn't cover drugs. It's time the little people get a break!
