The right of protest movements to occupy prominent public spaces 24/7 is critical to freedom and democracy, and must not be infringed.

This is how the Egyptian people recently brought down a dictator. It has happened in many other countries as well.

The fact that in multiple cities, local government officials -- mostly Democrats -- are sending their police to violently crack down on peaceful Occupy protests, shows that neither establishment cartel party can be trusted to uphold civil liberties.

Time for a REAL change! Ron Paul for President in 2012! www.rp2012.org

In an ideal world, landlords would be free to terminate a lease agreement at any time, for any reason, just as tenants are.

However given the landlords' market created by government regulations which restrict the supply of affordable housing, including zoning laws, rent control, expensive and time-consuming hoops that developers are made to jump through, etc., it seems unfair to allow people to be kicked out just for having pets living with them -- especially if a tenant has already paid a special deposit for them to be there and complied with a landlord's request for documentation about them, as Dean Clark evidently has.

Also in an ideal world, landlords would not be trying to micro-manage their tenants, and recognizing the immensely positive role that animals play in many peoples' lives, would not seek to restrict the ability of tenants to have pets living with them, provided those tenants are willing to cover any damages that might be caused by those pets.

Signing because I believe in freedom, and governments are trying to take it from us!

Sometimes the Feds DO file charges, even in victimless cases like this where no one has actually done anything wrong.

It's important to know your Juror Rights, so that if you are called for jury duty, you are informed about nullification and can help prevent injustices which can cost people years of their lives.
