You exist in California, and in recognizing the reality of the U.S.'s relationship with, and inclusion in, the Americas as a whole, including pan-migration, not only shows leadership, but an almost-scientific perception of the reality of the world. If Mr. Navarro looks like your basic transplant recipient and acts like your basic transplant recipient, then the only thing standing in the way of him being a transplant recipient is your willful ignorance of fact. Not very scientific.
