My own experience in family court is not an unusual experience and according to the Fairness and Diversity Committee in FL's findings it has been well known for over 19 years yet no one does anything to correct it.
In fact this January I will be dealing with my 13th Judge and over 800 dockets and counting. Out of all these Judges only two acted like they even opened the file.

Until something is done about this "Good Old Boy's Club" families will be destroyed. Unless you endure it you have no idea how the court system is destroying children. These children grow up with a lack of trust in anyone, turned against one parent by another and are basically ruined for life. If children are truly our future it will a sad world indeed when they become adults. It is time it was a FEDERAL situation.
