A Conference on Nuclear Weapons for Students and Young Professionals

On Saturday, April 12th, the Nuclear Age Peace Foundation, American University’s Nuclear Studies Institute, and Americans for Informed Democracy are sponsoring an all-day conference at American University in Washington, DC titled Think Outside the Bomb.

Think Outside the Bomb
provides students and young professionals with the opportunity to engage in discussions about the need for a world free of nuclear weapons with policy experts, historians, and award-winning authors. The conference will also teach participants practical skills that will help accomplish this goal.

Hugh Gusterson,
Professor of Sociology, George Mason University and author of People of the Bomb: Portraits of America’s Nuclear Complex.
