Help us by getting as many of your friends to take the survey as you can before July 10! Because Health Care Fairness CANNOT WAIT!
You can add a widget wherever HTML is permitted (including Facebook's "My HTML" application) by pasting the code into your web editor.
To donate your Facebook or MySpace profile pic or upload to your page, save your favorite image to your desktop. PC users: right click the image and save. Mac users: drag and drop to your desktop. Make sure to include the survey link in the photo caption: http://www.lambdalegal.org/healthsurvey
