Last Chance to Make the Case for Health Care Fairness!!

There are only four more days to take Lambda Legal's LGBT and HIV Health Care Fairness Survey! Please take a few minutes to complete the survey today. Your input will help us better communicate to members of Congress and other decision makers the unique health care experiences and needs of LGBT people and people living with HIV.
As the health care reform debate heats up, there is very little time to make sure that the issues and concerns of our community become a part of this discussion. Just recently at a health care town hall, President Obama challenged all of us by saying, "I'm going to need ordinary Americans to stand up and say, 'Now is the time.' You are... going to drive this process forward."
It's up to us to make sure that the coming reform provides full and equal access to all medically appropriate health care without regard to sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, HIV or family status. Once you take the survey, pass this message on to at least five friends and help us collect at least 4,000 responses by Friday, July 10. We need to make sure all of our voices are heard!
And when you're done: We also want to hear your stories. If you have experienced discrimination in a health care setting, you can also share your story. We may even be able to use it to highlight specific issues health care reform must address.
