Pass the Dream ACT!.
My brother and I were brought very young when we came to this country. I was 5 and my brother was 3. Now that we have been living here in the United States for almost 14 years , I am now 18 and my brother 15. I graduated from high school [class of 08] and applied to colleges. I got in with a 3.5 gpa, but eventually could not attend because I cannot afford it, but I do not give up on my dreams, and started going to a community college. It's been hard for me to pay tuition, as many AB540 students might also encountered, and we hope for CHANGE! that we hardworking students, will one day be able to DREAM! freely and accomplish our goals! without any restrictions, so by the time my brother graduates high school, and also many future high school graduates, they will have an opportunity to purse their happiness by getting a college education.
