Abolish Nuclear Weapons - Ideas for Change in America

The United States is strong enough to unilateraly dismantal it's nuclear weapons. It might be wise to keep ten or so for a possible desperate attempt to nudge a large meteor from its path if it is going to hit the planet, otherwise, dismantle and then help others to see the benefits. Phased reductions sound good but leadership and bold action is what is required to accomplish this important task.
