Abolish Nuclear Weapons - Ideas for Change in America

I am from Saskatchewan ,Canada ,and ,as some of you may know , we are a major source of uranium in the world with many mines in the North of our province. At ths moment in time Bruce Power is trying to sell the idea of a nuclear power plant (or 2 )in Saskatchewan .The key connection between power & weapons production is plutonium ,a by-product of power plant operation ,& the essential ingredient for nuclear weapons. A 1,000 megawatt reactor produces 250 kg. of plutonium each year~enough to make over 20 nuclear weapons. My suggestion is that people inundate the Saskatchewan government with emails asking them to STOP the insanity while we can still say NO.
