Suggestion

We must not only create incentives for private sector investment into green products, but more importantly we need to create a "need" or "market" for these products to be purchased.  It will not do us any good to produce one million solar panels and not have a someone to buy them. - by COMMUNITY GREENHOUSE FOUNDATION
