Some seem to think and I quote

The origin was the first case of BSE that was found in the US

This is incorrect.  The origin was the World Trade Agreement on Ag (WTO AoA)  this was written in 1994/5 by Dan Amstruz a VP of Cargill.  It is all about trade and giving the large Ag corporations the right to move goods over national borders without inspection.  Instead of testing for disease countries are now allowed to implement tracibility and "Risk Assesment"

That is why the USDA refused to allow Creekstone Farms to do 100% BSE testing.

That is why a Mexican Cattlemans Association is now responsible for the border checks on BOTH sides of the USA border.

That is why mexican cattle diseases such as TB are now showing up in the USA

That is why the USDA is shutting down disease testing labs.

That is why Meatingplace is now giving talks on how to transfer liability from the meat packer to the small farmer.

That is why we are seeing so many cases of contaminated food making people ill.

The news media will not discuss this.  Derry Brownsfield got tossed off the air for bring to light Ag business unfair practices already.

Your best bet for stopping this is thru the federal resister and your Congressman.

The USDA is pushing through more changes to further the implementation of NAIS. We have the opportunity to stop these changes by commenting on the proposed rule change. Your comments can be made at

http://www.regulati ons.gov/fdmspubl ic/component/ main?main= DocketDetail&d=APHIS-2007- 0096

The procedure is simple and painless. You can read the comments of everyone who has participated. All you need to do to comment is to click on the yellow comment tag at the right of the side under the add comments column then follow the directions. - by gail combs
