End Genocide in Darfur - Ideas for Change in America

The following are my ideas for real policies in order to help the genocide in Darfur:
1) We must increase media attention, whether this be in the form of movies, news broadcasts, reporters, and other sources.2) We must demonstrate that the individuals there, are valued. I have not heard of an official ambassador, nor diplomatic ties.
3) We could help sponsor infrastructure improvements. Much of the conflict occurs due to instability. If the government addressed this, individuals could educate the local populous on best practices and gain practical experience in the meantime. If this would be achieved through private citizens, corporate goodwill may aid our reputation globally and contribute to a better image abroad.
4) Finally, we can contact our government officials and let them know that this is a concern. Injustice to some, is injustice to all. - by William Pointer
