Added to the very acurate posts by the Natural Solution Foundation staff, changes that are cirtical to our people lie in the direction of allowing and encouraging organic farming to expand, and nutritious food to be restored to the population.

For me, good health is more important than money, fame or fortune.  It should be the top priority of US domestic policy that all citizens have the right to "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness" by legally mandating health freedom as defined above.  This is an essential cornerstone of a free society and a basic right defined under the Constitution.  Preserving health freedom and protecting it from multi-billion dollar corporate interests should be made a top priority, not only for us but for generations to come.   

Every individual's freedom to choose a health route that works for him/her - and a diet, the right doctor, the right supplements, and to have access to unadulterated, natural organic food, is so integral to our Constitutional rights, that denial of these rights directly opposes this country's Ideals.  All our representatives should be working to Preserve these rights - not to try to govern unnecessarily, to impose or enforce drugs or genetically engineered foods, or deny freedom to use vitamin supplements, which are quite necessary in view of our mineral-stripped soils.    When these rights are threatened, I am quite certain that it is because of unethical motivations for profit and/or power that will lead to profits for those whose interests do not align with our best interests.

Health freedom is very important. People should not have things done to their bodies without their consent. That includes vaccines. I also consider that forcibly drugging people is very bad. There is a problem of kids being given psychoactive drugs in the public schools. Parents who refuse to give their kids such drugs are often pressured in various ways to do so. This is bad. I also believe that people should have a right to choose natural forms of treatment in caring for their health, such as vitamins. People should be free to seek out alternative practitioners, such as naturopaths, instead of being forced to use synthetic remedies.

As a health care provider I would like to start with getting agreement on the context of the system in place now is over 90% disease care and that over 80% of the money spent on disease care is caused by poor daily lifestyle choices.  True health care starts with our individual choices made every day on how we think, eat, exercise, rest, and create our environment. The current system encourages the use of drugs and surgery after function has declined past the point of easily improving it by natural lifestyle methods. I want a system that encourages early changes that are small steps, that most can do that will prevent disease and improve health and function.

Health Freedom is the freedom to choose - just like the other freedoms of choice such as voting, religion and communication - but at the most personal of levels. What we, ourselves choose to take into, or onto, our own bodies in a nutritional OR medical sense has always been a presumed right of man. Safeguarding that right is the highest priority. No government short of totalitarianism has the right to dictate what can and cannot be allowed. ADVICE, such as from government agencies, is acceptable, as it still leaves the CHOICE in the hands of the citizen. But such mandates as Mandatory Vaccination, Mandatory Mental Health Screenings and even Mandatory "Medication", as well as the Banning of possible Alternative Treatments, Medications and Nutritional products are equally abhorrent. In a society where there are 4 Pharmaceutical Lobbyists for every Congressman, not to mention the never-ending barrage of pseudo-scientific "studies" to rubber-stamp newer and more-profitable drugs with questionable efficacy, the only power that levels this mighty playing field is the earnest HOPE that a brighter, more enlightened Executive Branch will restore some of the basic American, and even Human, Rights that have been so denigrated by the last regime.

Personally, I suffered from a lifetime of chronic illness that was caused by a vaccine and cleared with homeopathy.  Used judiciously and with full awareness, there are aspects of mainstream medicine that can be helpful, however, there is no vaccine that has any benefit for any creature on this planet.

The freedom to choose what goes into our body is the most basic of human rights and should be protected adamantly. The vaccination question may sometimes be more complicated since epidemics could be spread. I cannot help but feel that would be better to resist the vaccinations even if it meant bearing the consequences, than have the continual poisoning of our bodies by the pesticides, hormones, prescription drugs, genetically modified food, food that no longer has any food value because it was grown in denatured soil and the water pollution that then fills our bodies with substances never designed to be ingested.

I have been functioning extremely well on nutritional supplements -- rather than psychiatric drugs -- for over 5 years.  I have formed two nonprofit corporations (all volunteer, one with over 260 members), worked for several other area nonprofits, am beginning training next week as a Peer Support Specialist...

I cannot maintain myself without the freedom to take nutritional supplements in dosages and quantities *I* control.  If I were still listening to Big Pharma, I would still be a vegetable.

Its high time an administration put an end to the pharmaceutical giant's private ownership of the FDA.  It time this agency once more represented the best interest of the people of this nation.  This is America!  Can we please have the freedom we once enjoyed?

Imagine what a healthy America would look like.  With less dependence on meds, surgeries and hospital stays, health insurance could be more affordable.  Emergency rooms would be just for emergencies again and victims of accidents could get disability more timely.  More work productivity, less absentees.  More savings for the pockets of the American people.  Many people could return to work again and support themselves, who can't now because of bad health.  Many people could cut back in work who would rather not have to.  A healthy America would make all the difference!

There are other options to conventional medicine, which usually only treats the symptoms anyway.  I urge the new Administratioin to resist the powerful forces that hold us in the pattern we have found ourselves.  Support alternative health care that works.  There ARE natural, innovative answers out there for so many prevalent illnesses, but some of the forces in this country make it hostile ground for those answers to surface.  We need to seriously look at the FDA and the pharmaceutical industry.  Why have so many cancer patients gone to Europe for "alternative" treatment?  Because there are things that work over there that are illegal here.  Our system is slanted towards the industry and not the people.

There have been MANY attempts to get the FairTax Plan, H.R. 25 - each tme it gets a little closer.  Our congressmen just need to know that WE support it --- they will do their job if we do ours.  Get a copy - read it - and write to your congressmen and tell them that you support this change in the government.  All the questions AND answers are in the book.

The consumer must have full transparency and accountability in dealing with suppliers of any service or product as that is one of the ligitimate uses of governmental power - to serve and protect the people. This includes transparency and accountability of the governmental agencies and it's employees. 

I absolutely believe for this country to thrive again we must take back control of our Health Freedom Rights.  The failure of allopathic medicine to treat our bodies as whole beings and to recognize the importance of adequate nutrion and clean chemical free water and natural (read that as not chemically changed gmo frankenfoods) is one of the main factors in regaining control of this great nation.  We need to totally revamp the FDA, CDC and AMA.   It is very clear that these organiztions only care about the big business of illness in this country and nothing about the people they are charged to protect.   Per Journal of American Medicines own website, American medicine kills more people than any of our diseases.  It has been recognized since the 1930's that our food supply is compromised...and it gets more so by the year.  Never before in history have we or our families been subjected to so many enviornmental toxins.  We must place the right to choose safe alternative treatments and supplements to maintain and protect our health as a very high priority.  I have personally experienced horrific side effects from pharmacutical drugs and frequently seen amazing changes when you restore balance in the body..often reversing longstanding chronic illnes by addressing the cause by either detoxing or correcting the underlying nutritional deficiencies as opposed to the allopathic approach of simply masking the symtoms.    I vehemently oppose forced vaccination and the drugging of our population via the public water supply.  If you want to stop the disaster that is american health care, we must eliminate the causes.  The science is clear as to cause....we just need an administration that CARES more about the people than the major corporations who are destroying our planet.   I am praying that you, Mr. Obama, will be the person who understands just how critical these issues are to our very survival.  This becomes even more critical in these harsh econimic times.  My thoughts and prayers are with you as you attempt to lead us thru these very difficult times.

First, I want to congratulate you on your/our victory.  I now feel that we Americans having a fighting chance to take back our rights and to make great changes in this country to bring it back to what our forefathers intended-for US the U.S. to have a voice. 

First, I feel that in order to tackle global warming we need to go back to the basics: clean, unadulterated, truly healthy food and vitamins which is the "real" medicine our bodies need to heal, not chemicals and GMOs made in a lab. We need to break away from the "quick fix" take a pill or synthetic vitamin attitude and restore it back to its natural state as GOD designed for us. 
Although most Americans are considered overweight, the food that is pushed on us and the animals we eat has been degraded to the point that most Americans are malnutritioned and sick in body, mind and spirit. I have a concern about vaccines for myself - I have had enough bad responses that I will not accept one unless I am convinced I need it (likely to to exposed, and my immunity won't handle it). My concern was raised when I came across someone I worked with years ago, who told me something important. The hospital pushed and pushed him and his wife to accept a vaccination (hepatitis) for their 6 month child. The result - their child developed eczema in two days, it took two years to clear that problem.

Like so many other issues confronting us today, this is not a Republican v. There is nothing that is more important than the vitality of the food that we eat.  The industialization of food using genetic modification and massive pesticides is polluting our land, our water and the oceans.  The advent of non-reproducing seed is something that must be addressed.  The people of the world have the right to produce their own food without having to buy seed from Monsanto.  This seed is contaminating the viable seed all over the world.  We must return to ethical farming practices.

The freedom to decide what goes into our bodies should be a basic human right.  That any global greed-motivated organizations are permitted to put restrictions on this freedom is nothing short of criminal.  As it stands, these organizations are using -- and fostering -- ignorance on the part of humankind in their increasing monopoly of available foods and supplements. Health Freedom is very much like religious freedom, which is thoughtfully backed up by our country's founding documents.  Without that guarantee, you would have chaotic anarchy.  We all have high hopes for our allopathic health care system to cure us of every ailment - but as we've seen over and over again, the money gets in the way, and people suffer and die until their money is gone - gone to the doctors, the hospitals, the insurance companies, the pharmaceutical companies (why are there so many drug commercials on TV?  The side effects warning is the longest part of the ad).  Unfortunately their success rate is not what it should be, again due to the allure of money.  In the $$ race, our health-related (or should I say sickness-related) corporations beat all the other countries, hands down.  But in the health race, our country finishes waaaay back on all the comparative lists - even third world countries have better scores.  There's an obvious connection there - if America scored higher in the health race, she would slip and slide down the slope of profits.  Money is important in America - to the point of taking people over the edge to big bad GREED.  We see the results of greed all around us today.  We need an awakening - an awakening that reveals, transparently, that people are betting on sickness and death and profitting handsomely from it - we need to turn that around in the other direction, so that people will bet on health and well-being, and profit from it - a sensible, reasonable profit - no more price gouging.
One of our greatest hopes, is for citizens of the United States to have the legally backed freedom to choose their own preferred health care method.  It has well been documented that doing so has better results than the orthodox allopathic method of doctor/drugs/hospital.
So I implore you President Obama, to look into this American dilemma, see the obvious need, and move to protect and expand on our health freedoms.

We need more Freedom in Health  in USA  today.Urgently.

We must have choices.
Healthy , safe food,vitamins,
this is our life and why not be able to
choose ways to prevent illness and
live a life of quality?

Being able to choose our own health plan for ourselves and our animals is basic human rights. Money and greed have taken the place of good sense and the wish to have a genuinely healthy population- after all the drug companies might have to actually prove what they are doing with all those millions spent researching things which we already have cures for in natural health!! And it scares them that we want to  control our own lives instead of being like drones controlled by others. What a concept!!!!!!!!!

I wish to vote for Health Freedom as a Priority Issue.  USA regulatory agencies should not impeed acess to alternative medicene treatments..

Life continually presents us with choices, each in essence a choice of service to God or service to self. Yet, within the former lies the deeper lesson, that of love. Whereas within the latter, power remains the invisible thread that one man uses to control or manipulate another.

Perhaps the most complex choice confronting our President is that between following the subtle whispers of his heart or succumbing to the constancy of lust for power and unrelenting greed typifying so many in the world today.

President Lincoln sent such self-serving visitors scurrying from him, all the more conscious of the narrowness of their requests in the vastness of his presence.

I am touched that our future President models himself after such a man and yet expect Barack Obama to extend the greatness of Abraham Lincoln as if Lincoln would be so much more today and all that he could be is within the embrace of our next President.

Why would anyone concern themselves with health freedom when so much impinges upon our national consciousness? The answer is that freedom was the sound by which our Founding Fathers brought forth their vision of our country.

Today, there are industriial food giants who care only for profit and control and not a whit for progress removed from the flow of monies to them. It is these organizations like Monsanto and others who seek to diminsh individual freedom to choose what serves the greater good of their families.

There are two primary themes which will emerge from your Presidency, that of freedom and that of responsibility. Yet, our first responsibility is to awaken freedom within our own citizenry and not subordinate it to corporate interests.

Freedom cannot exist without responsibility. Yet, are we not a nation of caretakers of our own freedom and because of this feel responsible for all within it whose freedom is lessened as a sacrifice to profit and greed by the mighty few.

We need you Presidet-Elect Obama to be our champion and insure the survival of our freedom to choose for ourselves. Today, the power of religion has given way to the power of medical and pharmaceutical collusion.

It this stifling of nutritional entreprenerialship for fear of its innovative breakthroughs that do not feed the greed and power of corporate giants, that leads to such concentrated lobbying to circumscribe our freedom to heal ourselves that is the basis for the laws bfore our governmental body.

We cannot, as our recent history has shown us, rely upon the FDA for anything but further collusion with the medical and pharmaceutical complex. It is time that we have a President who represents the people and not the power into which so many seem to dive upon taking office.

We are with you Barack as we were on your journey to the White House. We look forward again to government by the people, for the people and with the people. Please remain true to your heart and listen to the hearts of those whom you now serve even as you now lead.

America is the "Land of the Free".  Let's keep it that way.  Freedom to use whatever method we choose for our own health.  Research shows that the chemical path is not the only way to better our health.  Alternative healing methods are tried and true and we should be free to choose that path if we wish to do so.  Chemicals are not the only way to improve the soil. The organic way produces a product grown there that smells, tastes and feeds us better.  The soil is made of the same chemicals that our bodies are made of.  The addition of a few lab-produced chemicals by chemical companies may support our Agricultural Colleges, but it does not fill our needs.  Don't mess with Mother nature!  Great cures and inventions are over the horizon so let them come in.  The sunset that our great country is in will give way to the sunrise of the New Day awaiting us.  Thank you Big Brother for adding your voice to will of the people.

I urge you to support organic and biodynamic farming.  Commercial farming with its use of pesticides creates disease and costs Americans millions of dollars in unnecessary health care costs.  Many illnesses could be avoided by simply returning to a good old fashioned diet of natural, organic food.
