If these people are breeding dogs for profit then they need to treat it like a business and have laws to abide by!

Law #1 A dog breeder must have scheduled dog play and walks!

Post adds for volunteers (who could pass that up) and seeing how their are so many people without jobs, Simply hire a dog walker. This should and must be a mandatory breeder description!! If they don't have the funds to do this they need to stop breeding and find another source of income!!!

For the love of GOD!! He created these animals! Treat all things the way you would want to be treated!

    With great passion

I would like to see it enforced that each breeder dog, whether it be a sire or dam, to be given a minimum dog run area at all times.
