LET HOME OWNERS BE ABLE TO FILE CHAPTER 7 WHY SHOULD WE BE PUNISHED BECAUSE WE OWN A HOME.  WHILE THE PHONY DEBT COLLECTORS KEEP RUINING YOUR CREDIT ON DEBT THAT WAS WRITTEN OFF. WHY CAN'T THE HOME OWNER HAVE A FRESH START????

OK folks I think its time we dug this one out of the corner and got it up front or better yet get something on the front page because being an Obama supporter I'm taking an awful lot of heat of his DOJ's position on giving immunity to government employees for illegal wire tapping and I can't defend that and what's worse have to admit that Obama's actions to date have severely rattled my confidence in him.

One of the changes I voted for was to rein government abuses such as spying on us without warrants and it looks like to me Obama has no intention of changing that. I hope someone here can tell me I'm wrong and show me where Obama is going to keep his promises to rein in government abuse and restore our constitutional rights.

But if you can't then I for one am going to have to tell him and others in the most public way I can find that I am losing faith in him to change the most important things which is our constitutional protections.

Human Rights in no case be violated. World citizens should not be falsely implicted because of political vindictiveness. We are grateful to President Obama to think and act rightly to protect the citizens from undue torture.

The government is still violating the basic rights of the citizens of this country by listening to their phone calls and reading their e-mails and tracking their Internet use. Every law abiding citizen in this country has a right to be left alone. Never take your God given rights for granted. As the old saying goes: "Freedom is not free." We need to keep demanding that President Obama safeguards our freedoms and liberties.
