What is a corporation? A special kind of legal person with no moral conscience and whose sole goal is the maximization of profit.

This fascinating video explains the role of corporations in the modern world, their faults and limitations, and the power of groups and communities to keep them in check.

If people would figure ou that WE the end consumer owns corporations...we could hold them to a higher standard.  But we need examples of radical companies that step up and do it differently... with the same quality of product/service... to offer alternative consumer choices.  The corporation is not the problem...greed is.  The corporate model may be the very best thing for improving the world...if more selfless leaders rise up and run them.  Or even if the end consumer by deliberate choice forces corporations to operate in a certain fashion.
