Change.org is a rapidly expanding, profitable social venture growing by hundreds of thousands of members a month and empowering people across the globe to win social action campaigns on a wide range of issues such as human rights, global poverty, and environmental protection. Our current partners include hundreds of the world’s largest nonprofits, including Amnesty International, Sierra Club, Human Rights Campaign, and the United Nations Foundation.
We're seeking a full-time Product Manager to build on our recent growth and help turn Change.org into the central platform for social action on the web.
YOU WILL
- be part of a close-knit product / design / engineering team
- lead the team in defining a product vision and innovative product solutions
- use site metrics, customer feedback, and broader market opportunity to measure product performance and opportunities for growth
- make decisions in order to increase user acquisition, engagement, revenue, and social impact
- be the expert and advocate for our users' needs within the team
- work iteratively and cross-functionally to deliver your solutions in an agile environment
