End Homelessness

This Is The Time; This Is The Hour
The Lord our God will say to us
To not limit what He can do
For He is a God of the unlimited
There’s nothing He can’t do through you
For God is doing a new thing
In our lives, today, this hour
To raise us up to be His army
Clothing us with His power
Remember not the former things
The things that are in the past
Behold, He is doing a new thing
And will capture human hearts
It’s time now to go out and gather
In the harvest of the Lord
For there are many whose souls are ready
More than we’ve known before
So take His light into those places
Of darkness and misery
That they may know the God of love
To give hope and a destiny
Then they may shine right where they are
So others may come to the light
And they in turn may come to know
The saving grace of Christ
Then Jesus’ light may radiate there
Like a beacon in the night
No longer groping in the darkness
But shining forth God’s light
May the spirit of God arise in you
And empower you much more
So His glory may be seen with you
As you proclaim the risen Lord
One Excellent Oranization!
The American Foundation For Children with AIDS is a monumental, hard working very organized place, where is clearly its the children who come first; they are a top priorty within the foundation's structure; unlike so many out there who claim otherwise.
I give a thumbs up for their love, hard work, compassion and focused staff of volunteers who do without a doubt make a difference!
People should stop and take serious notice of what they've accomplished and do everyday for Children all over the planet - given special note to what they have to work with...
Too bad there aren't more organizations out there who can even come close to what The American Foundation For Children with AIDS can and does everyday.
Climb Up So Kids Can Grow Up event raised over $13,500 for Children With AIDS!
Although the fight for children with AIDS is commonly thought to be an uphill battle, folks across the U.S. literally climbed to the rescue in this year's Climb Up So Kids Can Grow Up event. Hikers, bikers and staircase climbers reached incredible heights to raise over $13,500 for a common goal: to save the lives of children affected by AIDS. Together, we just gave 38 children daily life-saving medicine for an entire year!
Unique Approaches to a Common Goal
With the common goal of saving lives, the climbathon participants accomplished their goals in a variety of creative and amazing ways:
A team of bikers rode 114 miles (with over 7,500 feet of vertical gain) through the Cascade Mountains. A church youth group hiked together, joined by families. A gym in NH joined forces with Mammut to host a "Free climbing day" to invite the community to help those across the world. A dedicated duo of students raised money by organizing their own mini-event at the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point. One man climbed 30 pitches in one day. Another man hiked up a hill with his baby on his back. A 4-year old girl hiked in her neighborhood and managed to raise more funds than any other single individual.
The stories go on and on. Every one of them is inspiring and every one of the participants accomplished something amazing: life for someone else.

This organizations works miracles on a shoestring budget
This organization is doing such important work. These children shouldn't have to suffer the way do - and we - us rich folks in the U.S. (and relatively we speaking, all of us are rich in comparison) - need to be doing more - we're mostly doing nothing. This will be the tradegy that haunt us for generations to come if we don't something to help.
