Provide 6 months of antibiotics to 14 children in Zimbabwe
People who are HIV+ need to take antibiotics in order to keep opportunistic infections at bay. If they do not keep the infections away, they will develop full-blown AIDS, needing expensive anti-retroviral medicine to keep the virus in check. Many children do not have the ability to purchase the antibiotics and other medicine they need and therefore, they develop AIDS and soon die.
Your gift gives 14 children in Zimbabwe, Kenya or Uganda 6 months of cotrimoxazole, an amazingly effective antibiotic to give to HIV+ kids because it keeps away infections that throw them into full-blown AIDS. Resistance does not develop and it can be used on and off without the normal problems with stop-and-go antibiotics.

Letting these kids die knowing that life saving medications are available, is not only tragic, its criminal.
Manuela... Thanks for your beautiful kind heart.
