Over $2.6M of Life-Saving Medications Help Children With AIDS in Africa
Published November 01, 2007 @ 01:49PM PT
Autumn's here again. This year is passing by quickly, but a lot's been done thus far! The American Foundation for Children with AIDS has sent over $2.6 million worth of live-saving medicines to our East Africa children, including hygiene kids for HIV+ children and their familes, plus reinforced cereal so the kids can eat before taking their medications.
All of this was done only because of the generosity of our donors, including individual donors, grant makers, churches, civic groups and companies. Without each of these donors, big and small, none of this would be possible.
We're thrilled with all we've been able to do so far, but there's still a lot more we want to do for these kids.
