West End Intergenerational Residence, HDFC

West End's service-enriched environment for homeless, parenting young mothers, formerly homeless senior citizens, and at-risk or homeless LGBT youth provide each individual the opportunity to acquire the skills and support they need to live independently, provide for their family, and avoid recurrent homelessness. Recognizing the social, physical, educational and emotional development needs of youth who have also undergone the trauma of homelessness, the West End community provides individualized opportunities to ensure housing readiness and permanency.
