To work to improve the accession, training, equipping and commitment of active duty and reserve force military; to ensure that all persons active, reserve and guard are told the truth about the reasons for their commitment to specific conflicts, and the truth about their obligations; to work to ensure that the dependents of all persons on active duty receive services in a timely fashion; and, to work for legislation that guarantees benefits to all veterans without undue administrative complexity.
