The Tennessee Equality Project (TEP) is organized for the purpose of promoting and sustaining the equality of gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender (GLBT) persons through the establishment of fair and equitable laws protecting these rights and the elimination of laws that would seek to counter this effort. The Tennessee Equality Project may pursue this goal within the definition of the IRS code section 501c4, and in accordance with all local, state, and federal laws.
