The Sole of Africa

The Sole of Africa is a global campaign initiated by the Mineseeker Foundation to detect,remove and return the land to people affected bu landmines and unexploded ordnance (UXO). Our patrons are Nelson Mandela,Queen Noor,Sir Richard Branson,Graca Machel,John Paul deJoria and Brad Pitt

There are an estimated 100million landmines in the world today. Every 19 minutes another person is affected by a landmine, it s most probably a mother or child, they are either maimed or dead.

The Sole of Africa is focusing on Africa, in particular Mozambique where there are still 1 million landmines. Not only do we have state of the art technology to detect landmines, but with pur partners we have agricultural schemes,prosthetics programs, health and community programs to give the people solutions for a sustainable future.

Our vision is to "Turn minefields into farmlands and get Africa feeding Africa"
