The South African Freeze Alliance on Genetic Engineering

We are a consumer watchdog raising awareness about the problems of untested, unlabelled genetically modified organisms (GMOs). We are also the voice for safe sustainably-produced food for all. We give talks, show DVDs, and alert consumers to the implications on the environment, the economy and their health regarding GMOs. GMOs are patented and have displaced millions of small scale farmers globally. Thousands of tests on animals reveal shocking results. Surely a cause for concern and labelling. Help us get effective labelling for GMOs in South Africa so that consumers may have the right to choose.
