The mission of Redefining Progress is to work with a broad array of partners to shift the economy and public policy towards sustainability. Our tools include rigorous indices of sustainability, groundbreaking economic and public policies, and new conceptual frameworks for re-shaping our institutions. Current partners include grassroots communities, labor unions, policymakers, academics, and businesses, each of whom share our commitment to economic health, environmental quality, and social justice.
