Rising Tide Capital supports disadvantaged inner-city entrepreneurs in Jersey City, NJ with business development services and access to capital. We specifically focus our services on low and moderate-income women, minorities, disadvantaged youth, and ex-offenders. We work one-on-one with our clients to help them start and grow small businesses to increase their income, save for the future, and move out of poverty.
