PEOPLE FOR ANIMALS

The primary mission of People For Animals is to reduce animal over-population by providing low cost spay/neuter and related services to the general public, especially lower and middle-income groups.  In addition, PFA operates dog rescue and adoption services and undertakes efforts to educate the public with respect to spay/neuter and animal care.
