Parents Circle

American Friends of Parents Circle supports the activities of the Parents Circle - Families Forum (PC-FF) by raising funds and consciousness in the U.S. While political leaders make peace agreements, they are sustained by people-to-people peace building; and while fear and ignorance fuel violence, hope and personal connection enhance prospects for peace.

The Parents Circle ? Families Forum for Peace, Reconciliation and Tolerance is home to hundred of bereaved Israeli and Palestinian families who have chosen reconciliation rather than revenge, in order to prevent other families from experiencing their terrible pain.

A reconciliation process initiated by The FAMILIES FORUM puts victims, who refuse to revenge their loss, at the forefront of public awareness. In doing so, it humanizes both sides and acts as an example to Israelis and Palestinians.

As a grassroots organization we promote reconciliation and encorage civil participation in the determination of our region's future. The PCFF incorporates Palestinian and Israeli members from all walks of society and adresses all parts of society.

PC creates transformative programs that humanize the conflict and communicate, educate and inspire more moderate approaches to peace-building.
