OIPA - the International Organization for Animal Protection, is an International Confederation of powerful, cohesive and proactive associations, numbering 170 in the world community. Founded in 1981 by Milly Shar Manzoli, OIPA is a Non Governmental Organization and since 1992, has been associated with the UN Department of Public Information.
