National Organization of Circumcision Information Resource Centers

NOCIRC is the first national clearinghouse in the United States for information about circumcision, sexual mutilations, and genital integrity. Every year, in the United States and the third world combined, 13.3 million boys and 2 million girls are circumcised. Sensitive educational methods are being implemented to safeguard the human rights of at-risk children.
