NATIONAL KOREAN AMERICAN SERVICE AND EDUCATION CONSORTIUM INC

NAKASEC's formation in 1994 was the culmination of the work that the founding organizations had been building for over twenty years in their respective communities. The founding organizations, the Korean Resource Center of Los Angeles, Korean American Resource & Cultural Center of Chicago and YKASEC Empowering the Korean American Community of New York came together to coordinate effective education, service, and cultural programs, project a national voice for Korean Americans on civil rights issues and to promote the full participation of Korean Americans. We advance a holistic empowerment model that address the full human needs of our community.
