“TOUCH”, Teaching Opportunity Unity by Connecting Hearts, is a mentoring program for the formerly incarcerated that provides a productive and positive life transformation by implementing the concept of “Reach Out and Touch.” TOUCH establishes a well grounded connection between the returnee and his/her community, paving a path for responsible men and women to travel upon during their journey towards successful reintegration.
