McMillan Institute for the Arts is a tax-exempt charitable institution 501C3 whose primary goal is to provide personal and professional growth through education for our youth through performing arts and community service. Founded in 1996 by  Actress Leslie McMillan, MIA strengthens our commitment to the Arts through strategic investments in art resources and partnerships.  We also develop art programs, activities, performance opportunities, advocate art through education and intervention through classes and community service.

Current projects include: www.knntv.org, a kids News program spotlighting the issues, sports, travel and opportunities facing today's youth.
