FLY''s mission is to prevent juvenile crime and incarceration through legal education, mentoring and leadership training.

Each year thousands of youth in Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties in California are cited for a juvenile offense because few understand the consequences of juvenile crime and have the life skill development needed to make informed, intelligent, and healthy decisions. FLY was founded in 1998 to educate youth in the law and life, and empower them with hope for their futures.
