Founded in 1946 by Leonard Read, FEE is the oldest free-market oriented think tank in the US. We are committed to enriching people''s understanding of the economic and ethical advantages of free markets, private property, and strictly limited government. Our focus is on education -- educating young people, interested adults, as well as professionals. We focus our efforts on our award-winning magazine, The Freeman, on seminar programs held throughout the year, and on our website.
