Family Hospice of Belleville Area

Family Hospice seeks to provide Compassionate and Professional care to patients and their families who are experiencing a terminal illness. The mission of Family Hospice includes a focus on care not just at the end of life, but for all of life. To that end, Family Hospice created the Heartlinks Grief Center at Family Hospice to ensure that after the death of a loved one, grieving people had a place where they could share their loss and find hope.

Heartlinks was developed to meet the needs of both hospice and non-hospice families. Heartlinks theme is straight-forward; people shouldn’t have to walk alone when facing the loss of a loved one. Both Heartlinks and Family Hospice answer this challenge by offering support and tools to help young people and families deal with grief.
