COLORADO HOMELESS FAMILIES

The mission of Colorado Homeless Families (CHF) is to provide transitional housing and supportive services to homeless families with children in Colorado and to help them become self-sufficient within 18 months to 2 years. 

This is accomplished by placing them in affordable housing, and providing supportive services. CHF is dedicated to offering homeless families an opportunity to change their lives to become self-sufficient.
