Catholic Legal Immigration Network

The Catholic Legal Immigration Network, Inc. (CLINIC) provides legal immigration services to low-income immigrants and refugees. With over 173 member agencies operating in 262 sites, CLINIC is the nation's largest network of local charitable immigration programs. CLINIC offers its comprehensive legal and management trainings and direct services without reference to race, religion, nationality or ethnicity. Our programs assist immigrants held in detention by Immigration and Customs Enforcement; immigrants battered by their U.S. citizen or permanent resident spouses; immigrants fleeing persecution in their native lands; immigrants who wish to meet various requirements to become citizens; immigrants who wish to reunite their families; foreign-born Roman Catholic priests, nuns, brothers, sisters, seminarians and lay religious workers coming to the United States to fulfill the missions of their orders; and many other immigrants in need. Collectively, CLINIC's member agencies serve over 100,000 immigrants per year. CLINIC is a healthy, fiscally responsible agency, with a newly formed Division of Advocacy, Division of National Programs and expanding divisions of Training and Technical Support and Religious Immigration Services.
