CAREER GEAR

Career Gear was created to address a gap in services available to low-income men seeking employment in New York City. Our mission is to assist low-income men in becoming more self-sufficient and economically independent. By partnering with a variety of job-training programs, we provide essential services and resources that help our clients find and keep jobs that will support them and their families. Services include 1) career counseling; 2) provision of interview clothing; 3) job retention and advancement skills; 4) linkages to other agencies and resources.
