AREYVUT INC

Started in September 2002, Areyvut reaches out to Jewish day schools and congregational schools, regardless of affiliation.  Areyvut runs youth programming, consults Bnai Mitzvah students in creating meaningful social action projects, and writes and manufactures the "A Kindness a Day" calendar.  Areyvut also runs chesed fairs, trains staff in Bnai Mitzvah programming, and offers presentations on incorporating social action into Jewish educational curriculum.  We believe that we can work together to instill in Jewish youth the virtues of chesed, tzedakah, tikkun olam, and the everyday pursuit of social action and justice.  Areyvut offers a unique opportunity for schools to create innovative and meaningful programs to make these values a reality for students and educators alike.
