Support our community-based nutrition project at the HOPE Center in Ho, Ghana by running in the Food for Thought: Run for HOPE 5K and attending our Pasta Feed the night before!

The nutrition project will address the needs of malnourished children in Ho, by pairing a community demonstration farm along with meal preparation workshops to engage women and children in the community.
