The Fund for Women in Asia invites you to a premier screening
of clips from SOLD, a feature length documentary about
sex slavery and child prostitution in Southeast Asia.
The film vividly follows the trail of trafficking as it begins in
Southeast Asia and carries into the US.
Producer Rachel Sparks will talk about her experience with
The Sold Project (www.thesoldproject.com), her understanding
of trafficking issues and the making of the film.
Taina Bien-Aimé, the Executive Director of Equality Now, an international human rights organization that works to end all forms of violence and discrimination against girls and women, will moderate a
Q&A session.
