What do Buzz Lightyear, Ronald Reagan, the Indianapolis 500, Owney the Postal Dog and Edgar Allan Poe all have in common? USPS commemorative stamps! Dozens of civil rights pioneers, public figures, and important parts of American history have stamps honoring their legacy. But LGBT Americans have been left out of this yearly reminder of what's important to Americans. 

We ask that the USPS make all necessary preparations to begin issuing stamps commemorating LGBT Americans on a year basis, alongside other important historical figures, starting with Harvey Milk.
