Potbelly pigs were brought to America in 1985. They are bred solely to be domesticated pets. They are docile in nature, non predatory and are not a public nuisance nor a threat to society. The USDA classifies these animals as domesticated animals. Palm Beach County needs to revise their laws and allow owners to keep these beloved pets in their homes.
