Every citizen has a right to live in his country. But, can he do so if he has no place in the country for making his shelter ? NO. So, as a fundamental citizenship right, every family unit must be provided with a piece of land, free of any charges, for building its house on it and reside. This allocation of free land must be same for all the family units in the country. This land piece is also a license for the citizens to live in the country, and will end homelessness in the world.
This is not a big demand, as about 3% of a country's land is required for housing all its citizens. This will also ensure a feeling of Nationalism in the citizen;s hearts. For its implementation, private ownership of land must be abrogated putting all land of a nation under state control, available to all for their use on a licensing fee.
