Elton John just sold out marriage equality to Rush Limbaugh. The famed piano man played at Limbaugh's fourth wedding on June 5th in Palm Beach. Limbaugh opposes gay marriage and general human decency.  On his radio show, Limbaugh claimed that: "Democrats will bend over, grab the ankles, and say ‘Have your way with me'" to gay voters. Elton John has lambasted the "misogynistic attitudes of some people in this county" and called American Idol's voting "incredibly racist" but the openly gay pop singer took no issue with taking a check from someone who called California's Prop 8 "sensible."

Elton's sellout serenade didn't come cheap: His fee was reported at $1 million. That's a lot of hate money, and Elton should donate it to the marriage equality or gay rights group of his choice.
