We the undersigned do hereby respectfully request that Viacom, Inc. (parent company) and Black Entertainment Television, LLC. reconsider the decision to present convicted felon and animal abuser Michael Vick, the "Sportsman of the Year" award. Subway has been targeted by many animal advocate groups, however, recent information has surfaced that Black Entertainment Television, LLC ultimately made the decision to allow Mr. Vick to be nominated and given this award. According to Subway customer service representatives, Subway in no way made the decision to award Mr. Vick. We the undersigned respectfully request that Viacom, Inc. and Black Entertainment Television, LLC reconsider this award and rescind it. Thank you for your time and consideration with this matter
